For their Annual Leadership Conference, healthcare technology company Change Healthcare wanted to focus on “Navigating with Purpose.”
Inclusivv joined key stakeholders within the organization on conversations that matter, organizing a space for employees to engage in dialogue around diversity and inclusion. The goal was to help their internal leadership understand their role in fostering inclusive environments.
Change Healthcare wanted to discuss topics of Belonging, Labeling, and Inclusive Leadership with their teams. Some of the questions in these conversations revolved around how labels help or hinder us in the workplace, and how colleagues can show up as their whole selves at work. We saw participation from over a hundred employees during the session.
