We at Inclusivv take diversity, equity, and inclusion seriously — as reflected in our own team — and are proud when corporations tap us to guide their own internal initiatives.

When Coca-Cola first approached us, we kicked off our partnership with [unlabeled] — an event that inspired courageous discussions on stereotypes in the workplace. It was in tandem with their #unlabeled efforts in 2019, when the company removed labels from its Diet Coke cans “to help Americans start a conversation about theirs.”

In a powerful conversation that involved over 300 employees, staff of all levels got real with each other about the effect labels had on their lives and careers. This event was important in activating the broader vision Coca-Cola has in their roadmap for creating an inclusive workplace.

Since then, we’ve worked with Coca-Cola on numerous events within their organization, including the large-scale Together We Must initiative in 2020.
