- Choice of date and time for your 60-minute or 90-minute conversation (timing based on your availability and preference)
- A Zoom room with up to 50 breakout rooms and access for 300 attendees
- A customizable event registration page to track invites and registered guests
- Automated reminders and post-conversation survey and actions
- A customizable run of show for the topic you've selected
- An Inclusivv host to guide the conversation and manage breakout rooms
- One 30-minute prep meeting to review the run of show and next steps
In-Person Private Event Series
What's included:
- Choice of date and time for your 90-minute conversation (time can be adjusted)
- A customizable event registration page to track invites and registered guests
- Automated reminders and post-conversation survey and actions
- A customizable run of show for the topic you've selected
- A presentation deck with the questions
- A pre-recorded video to be shared on screen
- One 30-minute prep meeting to review the run of show and next steps
- Option to have live in-person host for additional charge (*subject to availability)
What's not included:
- No venue or venue services are included such as rooms, tables and chairs
- No A/V technology is included such as a laptop, sound, projector and screen
- No food or beverage in included nor is catering, cutlery, dishware, and staff
