What to Expect
The Workplace Civility Journey brings people together for monthly trainings and courageous conversations in an inclusive format that builds connection and sparks behavior change.
As a guest of Inclusivv's Workplace Civility Workshop, you'll experience:
- A 15-minute training on the topic of the month. On special occasion, we have guest speakers and partners present on the topic.
- A 45-minute facilitated conversation related to the conversations topic, and led by an Inclusivv facilitator.
- A community of professionals from organizations around the world who are committed to diversity, equity and inclusion.
Below is an overview of the curriculum for the entire 4-month journey. After you attend as a guest, we'd love to invite you to become a member of this journey or work with Inclusivv to design a custom program for your organization.
