How it works

Once you've signed up – whether it's just for yourself, your team, or your whole company, you'll be able to access all 12 topics of the Inclusion & Belonging Journey.

As a registered member, you'll receive curated learning resources each month to deepen your understanding of the topic. Typically you'll get something to read, watch and listen.

Each month, you'll be invited to join a 60- or 90-minute online conversation, hosted by Inclusivv, where you'll be part of small group dialogues, gaining fresh perspectives, making meaningful connections, and leaving with a ton of new ideas and actions to take.

After each conversation, you'll have the chance to connect with your fellow members, reflect on what you've learned, take some actions that matter to you, and register for the next conversation to keep the momentum going.

Oh, and we've got something extra cool for all you team admins! You'll get access to a private Team Dashboard, where you can easily keep track of everyone's activities.
