The Inclusivv team is here to support you, your hosts, and your guests as you navigate our platform. Logged in users can enter any questions into the platform support chat to find related how-to-articles in our knowledge base. Or ask to speak with one of our team members.

In addition to online resources and how-tos, we offer host coaching for hosts and facilitators to ensure your conversations run as smoothly as possible.

Customize your conversational experience to meet the needs of your audience. Want only trained hosts to be able to host? Simply set hosting to invite only. Only want your internal team to host? Simply turn off hosting and all partner admins on the platform will be able to create conversations and invite guests.

Our proprietary platform makes it easy for anyone to host a conversation and enables organizers to coordinate dozens, hundreds and even thousands of conversations at the same time.

Customize host settings and invite people to host a conversation and track conversion rates. Hosts are provided access to host guides with exactly what to do, how to facilitate and how to create a positive experience for all.

Bring people together in person or online

Hosts can use our built-in video service or connect any virtual meeting link of choice. For large events online we recommend using Zoom with breakout rooms. And customize options for hosts to meet in homes, restaurants, office spaces or other public spaces. Our guides include links to our online knowledge base with tips for hosting in person or online.

Capture valuable insights and perspectives through stories

With the Stories feature, participants are invited to share their story by reflecting on their experience and what they learned.

Guests are provided with three prompts to answer, either uploading a pre-recorded video or photo or just sharing a quote. Stories are posted on the topic page for all to see and can be easily shared on social media as well as stored in the admin library.

Curate meaningful impact through actions

Each topic comes with curated resources with links to articles, videos and podcasts that offer further understanding and a list of recommended actions including recommendations for both individual and organizational behavior change. Actions can be fully customized to point to organizational initiatives and internal resources.
