CIVIL DIALOGUE WORKSHOPS

Create change in your community through civil dialogue

Learn to facilitate peaceful discourse and create meaningful connections in your community with our Civil Dialogue Workshops.

93% of Americans said incivility is a problem in their communities and 68% said it was a major problem.

Society teaches us to avoid sensitive topics of discussion to maintain civil and peaceful relationships in the workplace, our neighborhoods and our families.

That needs to change. We need to be talking about those things, and we need to be able to talk about them with civility.

At a time when uncivil discourse is often the norm, there is a real need to teach others how to talk to those with whom they disagree, and how to bring people together for meaningful conversations. It allows us to humanize each other to see that we share more in common than we might originally have thought.

Our Civil Dialogue Workshops are crafted for this purpose—to teach the art of deep listening, empathy and connecting, even in the face of disagreement.

Each workshop is hosted privately for a community and its leaders or residents.
